You check in with us completely contactless using a pin code. You will receive the necessary information in advance by email or by telephone during your check-in. The reception is not manned on site. However, we can be reached by phone 24/7.

Until February 14th 2021 it is prohibited by law to host touristic travellers. We are unable to offer breakfast services at the moment.

  • Wash and disinfect your hands regularly and thoroughly
  • Keep sufficient distance from other people (min.1.5m)
  • Wear your face mask if you cannot keep your distance
  • Be careful not to touch your face
  • Cough or sneeze in a handkerchief, or the crook of your arm
  • Use the walking paths marked in the hotel

  • Disinfection dispensers are available in our lobby
  • You will get a pin code via email before your self-check-in. So you can check-in completely contactless.
  • If you need help, we are available via telephone 24/7


  • We pay special attention to cleaning critical points (door handles, light switches, television programs ..)
  • Since we have removed our brochures, you can easily find all information on our website. Alternatively, our employees will be happy to help you.
  • We refrain from daily cleaning in order to leave you completely undisturbed in your room. Should you require room cleaning, please inform the reception on +49 511 768 797-0

Check out:

  • Just close your door when you are leaving.
  • You will get the invoice via email.



  • A disinfection dispenser is available for use directly at the entrance.
  • Please wear your face mask when entering the restaurant. As soon as we have accompanied you to the table, you can take it off again.
  • We have made sure there is sufficient space between the tables, please note the signs for this.
  • We prepare our breakfast for you à la carte. You can get all the information you need when you check in.
